Delivery Policy
This policy explains how GG-Coin is delivered. GG-Coin is a digital good operated by Million Web Inc; there is nothing physical to ship.
1. How coin is delivered
When you buy coin, your payment is processed on the payment provider's secure hosted form. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the coins are credited to your wallet balance — this normally happens within moments. No physical delivery and no shipping are involved.
2. Confirmation
Your updated balance is visible in your wallet, and your purchase appears in your transaction history. Your payment provider also sends its own payment confirmation.
3. If your coins are not credited
If a payment is confirmed but your balance does not update, contact contact@millionwebinc.com with your account email and the payment reference. We will credit the coins or, if they cannot be delivered, refund the charge under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Using your coin
Once credited, coin can be spent inside platforms that integrate the Service. Coin has no cash value and is not redeemable for money. See our Terms of Service.
