Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GG-Coin and the related wallet, websites, and developer interfaces (the "Service"), operated by Million Web Inc ("we", "us", "our"), with a registered office at Global Gateway 8, Rue De La Perle, Mahé, 673310, Seychelles. By creating an account or purchasing coin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What GG-Coin is
GG-Coin is a closed-loop virtual currency — virtual goods of the same kind as in-game currencies and platform credits. Coin is purchased with money and spent only inside platforms that integrate the Service. Coin:
- has no cash value and is not redeemable for money;
- cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or converted back to fiat or to any other currency;
- cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to another person for value;
- is not a bank deposit, electronic money, security, investment, or a cryptocurrency, carries no interest or yield, and confers no ownership or financial return.
Coin is a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the Service, not your property. We may issue, price, and discontinue coin and coin features at our discretion.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Two-factor authentication is required and you must keep your credentials secure.
4. Purchasing coin
Prices and any applicable fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider on its secure hosted form; we do not receive or store your card details. You authorize the charge shown at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, coin is credited to your wallet as described in our Delivery Policy.
5. Using coin
Coin may be spent only on goods, services, or features offered within platforms that integrate the Service. We may apply velocity and spend limits and may require additional approval for higher-value actions. You may not use coin in a way that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, gambling, resale of coin, money transmission, or any unlawful purpose, and you may not abuse the chargeback process. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
7. Refunds
Because coin is a digital good delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. Refunds are granted in the limited circumstances described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, and freeze or reverse coin, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, to comply with law, or to prevent fraud or harm. On a payment dispute or chargeback we may freeze the affected wallet and reverse the related coin.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Million Web Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for coin in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Million Web Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Seychelles will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
