What is GG-Coin?

GG-Coin is a closed-loop virtual currency — virtual goods you buy with money and spend inside integrated platforms. It has no cash value, is not redeemable for money, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to anyone for value.

How do I get coins?

You purchase coins through our checkout. Payment is handled on the payment provider's secure hosted form; once payment is confirmed, the coins are credited to your wallet balance immediately. See our Delivery Policy for details.

Can I get a refund?

Coins are a digital good delivered immediately, so purchases are generally final. We do grant refunds in specific cases such as a duplicate charge, a charge you did not authorize, or coins that were never delivered. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy or contact contact@millionwebinc.com.

How is my account secured?

Every account requires two-factor authentication (TOTP). Card details are never handled or stored by us — they are entered on the payment provider's hosted form. See our Privacy Policy for details.

My coins weren't credited — what do I do?

Balances normally appear within moments of a confirmed payment. If a confirmed payment is not reflected in your wallet, email contact@millionwebinc.com with your account email and the payment reference and we will resolve it.
