1. Data we collect
- Account data — your email address, authentication data (including two-factor authentication secrets), and account settings.
- Transaction data — your coin purchases, balances, and spending activity, and the payment reference returned by our payment provider.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and logs we keep for security and fraud prevention.
We do not collect or store your full card number, security code, or expiry. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure hosted form and handled by the provider, not by us.
2. How we use your data
- to provide the Service — create your account, credit purchases, and maintain balances;
- to process payments through our payment provider and reconcile transactions;
- to secure accounts, detect and prevent fraud, and enforce our terms;
- to provide support and respond to your requests;
- to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which is responsible for handling your card data and for identity and anti-fraud checks at the point of purchase. We receive only a confirmation and a payment reference, never your card details.
4. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as the payment provider, hosting, and analytics), and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
We and our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
